Estimator
- Preparation of complete cost estimates based on labor and material.
- Experience with PlanSwift (or similar) and AccuBid for take offs and cost estimation.
- Coordination with Procurement and Project Management for hand off when awarded.
- Preparation of Bills of Material and other information for use by Purchasing.
- Schedule and attend field walk-throughs to gain constructability requirements.
- Compare various project documents for accuracy and consistency.
- Read and understand civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, etc. plans and specifications to include blue prints, proposals and other documents as they relate to the proposed work.
- Knowledge of a wide variety of construction materials and installation methods.
- Computer literate and proficient with software such as Microsoft Office applications (ie., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc), Dropbox, FTP sites, etc.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal, written, and communication skills.

Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager
- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned tasks (front end pre-construction activities, as well as contract execution items such as submittals, RFls, change orders, etc.)
- Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
- Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field
- Perform overall quality control of the work (budgeting, schedule, planning) and report regularly on project status
- Performed assigned responsibilities and communicate with project team
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to aid and technical support
- Review project deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
- Ability to work software such as AutoCAD, as well as Contract Manager, Primavera, and Accubid
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Familiarity with project rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
- Time management and organization skills
